We have been learning to relax with our new yoga and meditation after school club.

One activity the children enjoy is 'belly breathing', this is where we learn to control our breathing by balancing a ball on our belly and trying to use our breathing to make it jump off!


The after school club is such a success enjoyed both by the children and Miss Hill that there will be another club running on a Thursday evening also.
