Parking

The school has a car park with limited spaces available. Visitors are advised to park on street parking if there are no spaces in the car park.  Accessible parking is in the school car park which is clearly marked.  

Access to site

The driveway entrance is closed between 8.30am and 3.15pm for the safety of pupils on site.  Access can be gained by pressing the buzzer to contact the office; please speak clearly through the intercom. The office can then release the gate to allow entry.

All visitors must sign in using the electronic record which is in the reception foyer. Visitors are provided with a badge on a colour coded lanyard.  All visitors will be given a safeguarding information leaflet and should view the Fire Evacuation Procedures which are located at the reception desk and around the school.

Evidence of Disclosure & Baring Service (DBS) Check

For those visitors staying on site and working in a classroom, photographic identification and evidence of a DBS check must be shown to the office staff on arrival in the building.

Contacting a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

The safety and wellbeing of every child is our highest priority. Our Designated Safeguarding Leads work closely with professionals and external agencies to support children and families.

An email can be sent to [email protected] at any time, and there is a member of the DSL team on duty monitoring this inbox throughout the school holidays too.  The email address is for professional referrals and communication from partner agencies.
