In Year 6, children take on the role of leaders within the school as they complete their final year of primary education. They are encouraged to show maturity, responsibility and independence as they prepare for the transition to secondary school. Our curriculum supports them in deepening their knowledge and skills across all subjects, with a particular focus on readiness for the end of Key Stage 2 assessments. Alongside this, pupils have opportunities to take part in enrichment activities, trips and special projects that help them celebrate their time at primary school and build confidence for the next stage of their learning journey.
