Governors at Eyres Monsell Primary School consider staff Well- being to be very important and we survey our staff on an annual basis to monitor stress levels. Staff and Governors are then involved in drawing up an action plan to improve any issue that arise from the survey.
This year at the request of the staff instead of the survey by the Health and Safety Executive we have used a model from the Key which has resulted in a higher % of returns.
Our Well – being governor will be coming into school to draw up an action plan with staff representatives based on the results of the survey and it will be added to this page.
